This Shipping Policy details how we handle the delivery of your Strollr Wagon, ensuring a smooth experience from order to doorstep. Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available across Metro Australia for all orders of Strollr Wagons over $200. For non-metro locations, please contact us for a quote. We currently do not offer international shipping outside Australia, with the exception of New Zealand on a case-by-case basis - please contact us at support@strollrwagons.com.au for non-metro Australian or New Zealand postage enquiries where we can arrange a quote for delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

All Strollr Wagons are held in stock at our Perth fulfilment centre, ready to ship.

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you'll receive an immediate order confirmation by email. Orders are processed and dispatched from our Perth warehouse within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery Schedule: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch for metro Australian addresses, depending on your location. Western Australia metro deliveries are often faster given our Perth dispatch location.
  • Updates: You'll receive email notifications at key milestones: order confirmation, dispatch confirmation with tracking, and delivery confirmation.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all metro Australian addresses on orders over $200.
  • Non-Metro & Regional: Please contact us for a delivery quote to your location.
  • Express Shipping: Available on request - please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Information

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted Australian couriers (e.g., Australia Post, StarTrack) to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order online.
  • Signature Required: Deliveries may require a signature for security. If you're unavailable, a card will be left to arrange redelivery or collection.
  • Rural & Remote Areas: Additional delivery times may apply for remote locations; we'll notify you if this affects your order.

Stock Availability

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. Due to global freight conditions, restocking timeframes can be uncertain. If the KOMBI is out of stock when you visit our site, you're welcome to contact us at support@strollrwagons.com.au to be notified when the next shipment arrives.

Shipping Delays

While we dispatch promptly from our Perth warehouse, unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions) may occasionally impact delivery timelines. We'll keep you informed of any delays affecting your order.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your Strollr Wagon is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@strollrwagons.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date, providing photos and your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund, subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Claims must be made promptly, as liability may transfer to you after this period.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order by emailing us at support@strollrwagons.com.au before your order has been dispatched, with no penalty and a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once the item is en route. Refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
