Refund policy
At Strollr Wagons, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, or exchanges, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read this policy carefully before pre-ordering or buying a Strollr Wagon.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described upon arrival (e.g., manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the relevant safety standards).
- We have misrepresented the product’s features, quality, or availability.
- The item is significantly different from what was advertised on our website.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind, unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse after delivery.
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Pre-Order Considerations
When Strollr Wagons have items available for pre-order, no physical products have been delivered yet. Joining the waitlist or pre-ordering commits you to the purchase once stock is available. If you change your mind before delivery, you may cancel your pre-order by notifying us in writing (support@strollrwagons.com.au), or 48 hours prior to the shipment notification, whichever is earlier. No refunds will be issued after this period unless the product is faulty upon arrival.
Return Process
To request a refund or exchange:
- Contact us at support@strollrwagons.com.au providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
- We will assess your claim under the ACL. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions (you may need to return the item at your cost unless the fault was ours).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 14 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty item and prefer an exchange, we’ll replace it with a similar product from available stock, subject to availability. Contact us as above to arrange this.
Warranty
Strollr Wagons come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects, starting from the delivery date. This does not affect your ACL rights. For warranty claims, follow the return process and provide proof of purchase.
Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of misuse and/or unauthorised alteration. Import delays or stock shortages do not constitute grounds for refund unless we fail to deliver within a reasonable time.
